ThunderClap is building a global design agency that delivers world-class work for B2B tech brands. We’ve gone from 0 to 1M+ in revenue in under two years, working with high-growth SaaS, AI, and deep tech companies.

But great creative isn’t enough. World-class delivery builds trust, retention, and growth. We’re not just looking to “manage” projects — we want to elevate them. To do that, we need client owners who care deeply about people, process, and partnership.

This role is for someone who can own relationships, lead delivery, and bring clarity to chaos. Someone who doesn’t just “keep the client happy,” but earns their trust, anticipates their needs, and helps our team do their best work.

Responsibilities

1. Client Ownership

• Act as the main point of contact for 3–5 active client accounts
• Build deep relationships grounded in trust, reliability, and honest communication
• Host kickoffs, weekly check-ins, and retros with empathy and clarity
• Translate client goals into clear scopes, briefs, and priorities

2. Project Management

• Own timelines, budgets, and delivery across brand and web projects
• Spot bottlenecks early and solve problems before they escalate
• Align with Creative Directors to track quality and scope adherence
