Why this role exists

ThunderClap is building a global design agency that produces international-level work. We're not there yet. But we're getting there fast.

We’ve grown to a 30-person team in just over a year, working with some of the best B2B tech companies across SaaS, AI, and deep tech. As our projects grow in scale and complexity, we need stronger creative leadership across graphic design - especially across brand systems, marketing collateral, and visual storytelling that lives beyond the website.

This role exists to own and elevate graphic design as a craft, system, and strategic growth lever across our projects — while guiding designers to produce cohesive, high-quality, brand-led work that drives clarity and conversion.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:

As a Graphic Design Lead at ThunderClap, you’ll be responsible for shaping the visual language of brands across digital and marketing touchpoints.

You’ll lead communication design thinking from concept to execution — defining design systems, setting quality benchmarks, mentoring designers, and ensuring every creative output serves a strategic business purpose.

This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll design, critique, direct, and elevate.
